Last week, I went to Girls Camp with the youth in my ward and my mom and brother came down to watch the kids while I was gone! They had "Nana Camp" - my mom taught them about one of their great great grandparents each day and did activities themed around those grandparents - it was very "pinterest-y" of her and my kids had a blast and I didn't have to worry about farming my kids out while I was gone! :) And an added bonus was when I got home, Kate was completely weaned and is now down to just one nap in the afternoon a day! Tempe History Museum:
Isaac is such a good sport :) My kids think he is the coolest ever!
Horse riding and swimming:
Poor David cut his eyelid open at the pool and had to get stitches!

Goldfield Ghost Town:
Girl's Camp Photodump - the girls were awesome and we had such a fun time! My favorite part was the West Clear Creek hike/canyoneering.
“Given the vastness of God’s creations, it’s no
wonder the great King Benjamin counseled his people to “always retain in
remembrance, the greatness of God, and your own nothingness.” But even
though man is nothing, it fills me with wonder and awe to think that
“the worth of souls is great in the sight of God.” This is a paradox of
man: compared to God, man is nothing; yet we are everything to God.” -
Dieter Uchtdorf
Other activities while my mom and brother were visiting - walks, Fat Cats, KTR, fort building, yummy food, and lots of trips to the Soda Shop!
The sunrise was beautiful dropping them off at the airport. Even though it's a thousand degrees, I sure love this place :) I'm so grateful my mom and Isaac came to visit and it's so much easier saying goodbye when we have plans to see them so much this summer!
