Day two was Epcot day! Jack and David woke up to find that Tinker Bell had left them a gift by their bed. I got the Tinker Bell idea from WDW Prep School, but basically I used Tinker Bell as a behavior enforcer (Tinker Bell is watching!) so that they wouldn't whine and beg for every toy at every gift shop. I told them that if they didn't beg for toys, then Tinker Bell would leave them a gift every night at the hotel room (usually just something small from the dollar store) and money on the last day so that they could choose a toy. They were totally into it!
Their first gift from Tinker Bell:
We got to Epcot first thing in the morning and split up with my family right away (who went straight for Test Track) because Jack and David were dying to see Joy, Sadness, and Baymax. Since there aren't a ton of things to do at Epcot with little kids, we didn't mind waiting to see the characters. Jack and David love Inside Out and Big Hero Six and had been talking about meeting the "real" Joy, Sadness, and Baymax for a long time :) The theming at the Inside Out meet-and-greet was adorable and Joy and Sadness were so cute.
They LOVE Big Hero Six! Baymax even gave them his special fist bump!
After meeting the characters, we met up with the rest of my family for a few rides. This picture is in front of the Mission: Space attraction aka the worst ride in the entire world!
There is a less intense option but we were clueless and went with the more intense option. We all came off the ride sick to our stomachs and with headaches and Spencer threw up DURING the ride! (Luckily there were barf bags on the ride - that should have been our first sign to get off!) And like the good wife that I am (and good father-in-law that my dad is) we laughed while he puked. It was the only thing that kept us distracted from puking ourselves ;) Spencer forgave us.
Test track was Jack's first big ride and he did great! (Our hair looked great, especially my mom's ;)
After lunch we hit the Finding Nemo ride, the aquarium, and Turtle Talk with Crush. Jack was REALLY excited about Turtle Talk with Crush and got picked on to ask Crush a question. (He asked Crush how old he was - "One hundred and fifty duuude!")
After Turtle Talk, we headed back to our hotels to get off of our feet and out of the heat. We headed back to Epcot for dinner and to explore the World Showcase.
I had it all worked out in my mind that the World Showcase was going to be one of the best parts of the trip. We were going to leisurely stroll around all of the countries, try all of the food, and stop at all the shows and shops. I must have forgotten that I had kids! haha Jack had his first (and amazingly only) breakdown at the world showcase because he wanted to go back to the Nemo ride and Turtle Talk with Crush, and David had quite a few tantrums. We got dinner at Morocco. Was our dinner good?! I couldn't tell you - I seriously inhaled it it so fast because our children were out. of. control. David fell waist deep into a fountain while we were eating our food! We grabbed the popular School Bread from Norway to try later (it was delicious!) then booked it straight back to the Nemo attractions for a second round.
Morocco - who are that naked kid's parents?! We made the rookie mistake of not packing a change of clothes for our kids and we were too cheap to buy David a $40 outfit that he only needed for the next hour-and-a-half so he stayed in his diaper for the rest of the night!
On the Nemo ride again! Our boys were finally happy again! haha
Afterwards we watched the night show on the lake then headed home for the night!

The next day we went to Hollywood Studios. There are a few rides at Hollywood Studios and a ton of shows, but the rides that they do have are soooo fun! We did the rides in the morning and the shows in the afternoon.
The photographer posed Maddie and Elizabeth like this - so awkward! haha
We loved the Rockin' Roller Coaster! (though I must say I like California Screamin' at California Adventures better) The Rockin' Roller Coaster was one of the few things I remember when I visited Disney World when I was little and it didn't disappoint! Isaac's face was the best - it was his first time on the ride so he didn't know when they took the picture - eyes wide open and terrified! haha (Elizabeth was pretty terrified too!)
Next up was the Tower of Terror! Maddie, Elizabeth, and Isaac didn't want to ride so they watched Jack and David for us :) I hate and love that ride! I have recurring dreams that I am in an elevator that drops so this ride is literally my nightmare!
Toy Story Midway Mania is the cutest ride and so much fun! It's one of my very favorite rides. Jack liked it so much that he was willing to wait in a 40 minute line to ride it again! The theming in the queue was adorable and a lot more elaborate than the one at California Adventure.
This is how David survived the Indiana Jones show - Spencer covered his ears and Jack stroked his cheeks for comfort :) David was not a fan of the noise and explosions!
We loved all of the shows and surprisingly fit them all in during the day (Indiana Jones, Disney Jr, Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast and Frozen). We ended the night with Fantasmic which is my very favorite Disney night show. We all loved it! We watched the Star Wars fireworks as we walked out of the park. David was out but Jack was still going strong! :)
